Terms of Use

  • No smoking in the apartment.
  • To introduce animals without the hosts’ consent.
  • Parties or events are prohibited.
  • Guests must minimize noise from 22:00 to 09:00.
  • The door must be left closed when leaving the apartment.
  • Check-in después de las 15:00 y Check-out hasta las 12:00, pero siempre nos intentamos amoldar a nuestros huéspedes y ser flexibles según disponibilidad.
  • If you have reserved a parking space with us, it is important to highlight that its use is intrinsically linked to the occupancy of the apartment and is not considered an independent or separate service. Therefore, the final departure time from the garage is directly related to the departure time from the apartment at 12:00, regardless of the initial arrival time. However, whenever feasible, the stay in the parking space may be extended for free if the guest so wishes prior express authorization by the host.
  • To introduce or take out furniture or appliances, to perform works, modifications or reparations without hosts’ authorization.
  • To exceed the maximum capacity stated during the booking process.
  • To carry out activities or to use the apartment for other purposes than those for which it was booked.
  • To introduce devices that increase the normal consumption of water, electric energy or fuel without express hosts’ authorization.
  • To carry out activities that violate the usual norms of coexistence or the normal regime of operation of the apartment, the guests should leave the apartment in the same conditions that they received it.
  • To introduce explosive or inflammable substances or other substances that may cause damage or discomfort to other occupants of the building.
  • To obstruct the performance of reparations or maintenance works that are of urgent intervention.
  • To carry out any activity that alters the coexistence or the normal rest of other users of the building, according to the municipal ordinances, such as loud music, noises, parties ... etc.
  • To smoke or to take drugs or narcotic substances in the apartment.
  • To make illicit use of the internet, such as distributing pornography, fraud, scams, threats, identity theft, etc ...

Non-fulfillment of these prohibitions will entitle the hosts to require the abandonment of the apartment.

Cancellation policy and change of date

  • The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels from 30 days before the arrival date to 7 days before. If the client cancels 7 days before arrival or less; or no show, the client will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
  • If the client wants to change the dates of his reservation, he will first have to cancel the current reservation and then make a new one.

In case refund, leonapartamentos.com will charge an administration and management fee of 10€ and it will be deducted it from the amount to be reimbursed.
